Ceramic Random Packing and Ceramic Structured Packing

1). Ceramic Structured Packing
The ceramic structured packing mainly is instead of the old random tower packing, resolving the high pressure resistance, small specific area, worse transferring affectivity and breakable questions. It can widely used in the coal gas scrubbing tower, coking scrubbing benzene tower, scrubbing NH3 tower, fertilizer saturation-heat water column and scrubbing sulpher tower etc.
2). The Ceramic Random Packing
The ceramic random tower packing has the excellent acid resistance and heat resistance property. It can stand up to corrosion of various inorganic acids, organic acids and organic solvents, except HF, can be used in high or low temperature and strong corrosion equipment. The application range is very wide, for drying, absorbing, cooling and regenerating tower in chemical metallurgic, coal gas and air separation industry.

3). Large Hole-opening Aeramic Dome Arch
Large hole-opening ceramic arch,dome and bridge are new type of packing supporting structure used in sulfuric acid dry absorption towers. It is designed as an arch structure on the requirement of sulfuric acid fabrication equipment, and has the advantages of gas distribution uniform, high strength, excellent corrolent resistance, good safety and stability, easy assembly and long lifetime.
4). Acid Resistant Ceramic Brick, Plate and pipe
This products are widely used as liners in reaction fuinaces, drying towers, tanks, grooves, floors and channels where corrosion resistance, chemical industry and metallurgical industry are needed.
