Description
1. Activated Alumina
For the activated alumina, there are such varied merits, for instance, the properties of absorption, catalytic activation, porous, higher dispersion, and larger specific surface areas etc. It adapts to the drying of many gases and liquids, Further, it can be applied to as the absorbents, drying agents, catalysts, and carriers during many reactions in the fields of the petroleum, chemical fertilizer, and chemical industry.
For the activated alumina, there are γ and X-P assortments according to the inner main crystal phase.
In accordance with the usage, it can be divided into the activated alumina absorbent, the activated alumina drying agent, and the activated alumina catalyst carrier.
Activated alumina defluorinates just as the anion exchange resin, but the selectivity is much strong. The defluorination effect of the actived alumina is good. The capacity is stable, the absorbed fluorine is 6400 g/m3. It has high strength, low abrasion, no soften in water, no expansion, no powdery no crack. It can widely used in the deep drying of cracked gas, ethylene and propylene, hydrogen-generation, air separation, instrument air drying and fluorine treatment for H2O2, also in the absorbing pollution material, such as H2S, SO2, HF and paraffin in the waste gas, especially in the drinking water defluorination.

3. Alumina Ceramic Ball
1. Inert Alumina Ceramic Ball
It's broadly utilized as the covering or supporting materials of the catalyst in the reactors and the packing in the columns in such varied areas, for example, petroleum, chemical industry, chemical fertilizer, natural gas, and environmental protection etc. There are lots of merits for it, for instance, the stronger resistance to high temperature and high pressure, lower ratio of the moisture absorbing, more stable chemical properties, and so on. It is capable of enduring the corrosion of acid, alkali, and organic solvent. In addition, it can also bear the rapid transitions of temperature during the operation. In fact, its principal functions are to accelerate the distribution of gas or liquid, and support or protect the active catalyst, which especially has the relevantly lower mechanical strength.
2. Activated Alumina Ceramic Ball
It's another novel supporting packing of reactor. There are excellent properties for active ceramic ball such as the heat resistance, mechanical strength, filtration or dispersion of gas or liquid, and covering or supporting of catalyst, etc. In addition, there is well property of catalytic activity, which can play the role of catalyst promoter in many processes (olefin hydrogenation, desulfurization, and denitrification, etc. ). During the processes of hydrofining, hydrocracking, reforming pre-hydrogenation, and benzene hydrogenation for oil cut fractions, if Active Alumiona Ceramic Ball is loaded above the catalyst layer in the reactor, it can induce the mono-olefins or dienes to hydrogenate initially in the secondary operation of crude oil. In contrast, if Active Alumiona Ceramic Ball is loaded in the bottom of catalyst layer, it can also remove the mercaptan, which is produced within some reactions. Therefore, it can not only improve the space usage ratio, but also on some extent to protect catalyst from poisoning or agglutinating with active ceramic ball, and it can prolong the lifetime of catalyst utilization.
3. Alumina Milling(Grinding) Ball
High strength, good abradability, high density, high efficicy, suitable for dry wet grinder, especially for high-speed grinder.
4. Multi-hole ceramic ball
AL2O3 content: 20%--90%, Bulk density: 1100-1550kg/m2, void volume: >=50%, catalyst supporting and covering with high void valume and low pressure drop.
5. Micro-pore ceramic ball
Diameter: 0. 5-35/35-100/100-1000mm, porosity ratio: 15-40%, crushing strength: 500-7500N, catalyst supporting and covering packing or carrier with the pacity to filter the gum solid partile in the oil.
6. MF ceramic ball
AL2O3 content: 20%--90%, Bulk density: 1100-1500kg/m3, void volume: >=50%, catalyst supporting and covering with high viod valume and low pressure drop.
7. Thermal Storage Ball
Bulk density: 1200-1500 kg/m3, specific heat: >=850J/Kg. K, available temperature: 300-10000C, Theromal storage packing in the heat exchanger of the air perating industry.
8. Refractory Ceramic Ball
Bulk density: 1200-1400 kg/m3, Alkali resistance: >=85%, refractoriness>=15000C, catalyst supporting and covering used in the shifter and reformer of the ammonia plan.
9. Multi-hole Striated Ball
AL2O3 content: 20%--90%, Bulk density: 1400-1850kg/m3, crushing strength: >=500N/cm, catalyst supporting and covering or carrier.
